Healthy Salmon with Darling Clementines® Ginger Glaze

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp Darlingclementine zest
  • ½ cup Darlingclementine juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • DarlingClementines for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Once portioned and rinsed, pat dry salmon fillets
  3.  On a sheet of foil, lay out salmon fillets on top baking sheet, leaving room between each. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. In a jar, combine honey, zest, juice, garlic, and ginger and shake until thoroughly combined. Pour over filets, leaving some for basting halfway through cooking.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes before basting salmon with remaining glaze. Bake an additional 10-20 minutes until flaky.
  6. Serve with clementine garnish
