Whole30®/Paleo Suavo Avocado® Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup avocado mayo
  • 2 ½ T. of dijon mustard
  • 1 Suavo Avocado®, diced
  • Romaine leaves, for serving
  • Broccoli sprouts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Serve in romaine leaves. Top with broccoli sprouts (optional) and serve for a Whole30® and Paleo-friendly meal.
