Whole30®/Paleo Suavo Avocado® Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup grapes, sliced
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup avocado mayo
- 2 ½ T. of dijon mustard
- 1 Suavo Avocado®, diced
- Romaine leaves, for serving
- Broccoli sprouts (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve in romaine leaves. Top with broccoli sprouts (optional) and serve for a Whole30® and Paleo-friendly meal.
