Whole30® Suavo Avocado® Chicken Burger Sliders



  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp.pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 large ripe Suavo Avocado®, mashed
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 2 minced jalapeño peppers
  • Toppings: avocado, bacon, iceberg lettuce head, tomato, pickled jalapenos 
  • Wooden skewers, for serving


  1. Combine chicken through minced jalapeno and form into patties. They will feel wet and a bit difficult to form, but they will firm up as they cook.
  2. Cook in oiled skillet over medium heat for about 7 minutes per side.
  3. Serve for a Whole30® friendly meal with toppings, holding together with wooden skewer.
