Whole30® Suavo Avocado® Chicken Burger Sliders
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp.pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large ripe Suavo Avocado®, mashed
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 2 minced jalapeño peppers
- Toppings: avocado, bacon, iceberg lettuce head, tomato, pickled jalapenos
- Wooden skewers, for serving
- Combine chicken through minced jalapeno and form into patties. They will feel wet and a bit difficult to form, but they will firm up as they cook.
- Cook in oiled skillet over medium heat for about 7 minutes per side.
- Serve for a Whole30® friendly meal with toppings, holding together with wooden skewer.
