Darling Clementines® Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups milk (almond if you are dairy free)
- 3 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp clementine zest
- Juice of 1 DarlingⓇ clementine
- 2 tbsp honey
- Sliced almonds for texture (optional)
- 1 DarlingⓇ Clementine, peeled and segmented
Directions:
- In a large bowl, gently stir together all ingredients except clementines. Divide mixture into two separate mason jars.
- Place jars in fridge for at least one hour – preferably overnight – to allow oats to absorb moisture
- When ready to serve, top oats with segmented clementines, stir, and enjoy cold! Alternatively, heat oats in the microwave in 30 second increments before adding the fresh clementines and stirring
