Persimmon & Honey Goat Cheese Crostini



  • French bread, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped 
  • 8 oz. goat cheese 
  • 2 persimmons, sliced
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Thyme, for topping


  1. Brush bread slices with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, turning half way through.
  2. Combine cinnamon, honey, thyme and room-temperature goat cheese and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. Spread on cooled bread slices and top with persimmon slices, pumpkin seeds, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with more fresh thyme if desired.
