If, worst, case, unsafe produce does find its way into the supply chain, LGS has in place a Trace Back and Recall Program and personnel to:
- Launch an investigation.
- Using packaging codes, trace the fruit back to the originating orchard and/or packing house.
- If necessary, conduct a product recall.
