Classic Guacamole

Hass avocados are one of the only fruits to contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, which boost HDL (good) cholesterol and lower LDL (bad) cholesterol. They are a nutritious substitute for butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. Hass avocados are also naturally low in net carbs, high in vitamin E, and ounce for ounce contain more fiber, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, biotin, and Vitamin K than any other commonly eaten fruit. You can include Hass avocados in any one hundreds of appetizers or entrees.
